December 14, 200223 yr Man, am I a sucker...Hosed again! :-( I reordered it and nothing again! So, so far I've spent $14.95 x 2 = $29.90 for air. I'm 100% sure everything was correct on the form and I KNOW there's lots of room on the old plastic.Can someone from ActiveSky help me out here? I recorded the OrderID # this time if you want it. I don't know how to get in touch with EMetrix. I've bought lots of add-ons online and never had a problem before.Thanks, Adam

December 14, 200223 yr Hi Adam,as a member of the Beta team I can only offer help with the program once you got it, but unfortunately not on how to get it in the first place... ;).However, seeing your predicament and having worked in the banking industry for some time, I suggest you dispute the second transaction with your credit card company. As a reason, just state 'duplicate transaction'. There is no reason to offer additional details, apart from the transaction particulars itself. As to the original transaction, contact EMetrix and make sure they deliver the product you paid for. December 14, 200223 yr I suggest you look in your 'deleted items' folder of your E-mail client. I'm using Outlook2002 with Norton Antivirus2003 and have activated the spam-filter in Norton. I thought I had not received the confirmation message. But guess what? Norton thinks the Emetrix confirmation message is spam... Just drag the message out of the 'deleted items' into a save place.

If you read my post properly, you would have seen that I did not receive an email. Go to the Emetrix site and check my order status. Use the Order Id # below.Here it is: OrderID - E121302796188. As stated on the Emetrix site, an order number will not be given unless the order has been processed. I have sent an email support at Emetrix and am awaiting their response.I didn't write down the one from the first order as I assumed I would get an email. I haven't heard yet about my second order either.I am an honest person and have never defrauded anyone, so I hope you feel good about your unfounded accusation.

If I don't hear anything by Monday, I will try to contact them again.It said on their website that my ISP email service might not be working and that would account for my not getting a confirmation email, however this cannot be the case as I am receiving email.At Emetrix, when checking my order status, it says that an email was sent to [email protected], which IS my correct email address. But as of yet, I have received nothing.Could you do me a favor and just send me an email to see if I can receive email from other sources?Thanks again, Adam
