Wow Chris, that's simply beautiful! Active Environment and ICS was the main reason I bought ActiveSkyV.

Absolutely lovely - can't wait :-)Thanks guys.

That's the kind of saturation I've been looking for.FSSky had saturation like that.I've been trying to duplicate it w/ ASV but none of the skies seem as saturated as I'd like. These pics are the heavy saturation I've been trying to duplicate, but to no success.Looking forward to the update.

I just fell off my chair!!!!What kinda geniuses you got working over there?????:-jumpy RegradsGoran

HI Flight,In asv, there is few redish, but not like these above, you can detect them , from the asv screenshots preview for redish palette, you may find them.I did not add them at the asv release, but there WILL be a complete series in these type from above.ThanksChris WillisHiFi Simulation Software Team Developerhttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

Hi Piotr, Probably because you never saw them in your life, pink clouds, violet clouds, green clouds and more..Weather and clouds, sky are a huge things in the world and are not limited from what's you saw in your countryarea. There is a difference from what's you saw on a local area and what's look like from the entire world, same thing for clouds and weather it's a big thing! Is this still planet Earth?http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/120440.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/120441.jpgThanksChris WillisHiFi Simulation Software Team Developerhttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

This just in from the AVSIM file library:Water Environment Almost all environment maps for the water surface have no natural reflection properties. I tried to fix this problem. Now you can see small lakes and rivers easily from distance and you get an overall more realistic look. Filename: waterenv.zip License: Freeware Added: 24th June 2005 Downloads: 1020 Author: Ori Khatar Size: 5263kb Any thoughts, Chris, on whether this could be applied to AE, and what its impact would be on framerates?

Hi, Here ASV Sunset from the release version that's you are using now.http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=69183For the water addons, I don't have time to download and test them. The files will not affecting AE contents, for frame rate, just compare them to the default fs2004 same name files size.ThanksChris WillisHiFi Simulation Software Team Developerhttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

I have held off purchasing AS 5 given this update pending and some issues noted in the forum. Just easier to install it once the problems have been worked out.Any idea when this major update will be posted? Days or Weeks? Also, does uninstalling AS 5 restore the original textures, clouds etc or is that done manually?ThanksGreg
