One more sale: at Captain Sim

I had problems with one of my CS DLs - my fault, lousy noisy connection - but you're allowed unlimited DLs within three days of purchase.I'll bet the site is busy, I mentioned the sale at another site and at least one of the guys bought the C-130 on the spot.

Don't know what the problem was, but I got the C130 Base Pro package for $9.99. Both the Std. and Pro. packages were the same price. Went ahead and got the 757 for both FS9 and FSX while I was at it. The highest priced item displayed when I looked was $9.99. Wonder if you had a different link for some reason???I have played with both of them. All I had was the CS727 for several years (From Capt. Sim) and never was as displeased with it as some have said. I concede that the DF727 is an improvement (On just about everything in my book). At $9.99 per package, in spite of apprehension from what I have read it was worth a shot to me. So far, it is one of the best bargins I have seen. They all fly well and look good too. The C130 is quite a bird and quite well done to these old eyes. One other note: Irony of Irony, In spite of what I read from others, I am not sure but what the CS757 flys better in FSX than it does in FS9 on my ancient system (3.2 Pentium, 1G 3200/400 Mem, Radion 9800 Pro/128) I have a new video Biostar 6800XT V68022XA52/512MB Video card and 2G of added memory ordered for a patchwork upgrade from which I don't expect too much. So far, FSX is not worth two or three thousand dollars worth of upgradeing to me, although I will wait and see what falls out during the coming months. I thought this might help a little bit with FSX, and probably improve an already acceptable FS9 even more.Good luck and happy flying:RTH

A few hours later they dropped all the prices. Smart eh? I wonder how many they caught with that one?? :-lol :-lol :-lolpj
