It never fails, the minute you want to go to a support forum and search for help, the forums appear to be down. I hope this is just a temp thing and nothing major!!Rick

Yeah, their forum reliability is indeed horrible...seems like I find them down probably 4-5 times a week these days. It's been going on for quite a while, too. It's especially aggravating when they go down while the developers are on vacation right after a major release.OTOH, after Wilco/FeelThere's Citation X release, I'm not so sure it matters anymore...they've moved away from providing support through a forum to only handling issues (the ones they choose not to ignore, that is) via Wilco's hideous support system. I have applied three times to join the FT forums and never do I get a repsonse.
