there was a file I got from here (recc from here) that sort of dims the lights and whatnot, and makes them alot more real... too bad I forget the name :( I think i ran into on the PMDG forums, about some guy complaining about the lights on the plane... the fix was for every light source in the game

Try Nick's Light-Fix Version 2 (should be available in the AvSim library).

Yup Nicks light fix is one of those "must have" add on files. It gets rid of that "washed out" look.

Greetings Clayton,I had this same problem when I switched to 3head2go.The answer was to use ath5 by Brian Neitzel found here in the library.As suggested by Matrox use the halo choice #1 in the small folder.After changing the texture bmp. then proceed to adjusting the cfg. file as stated above.I use .05 settingsBest regardsAndrew
