April 9, 200818 yr Hi: I am looking for a good (freeware!) scenery of a rural airport...Maybe a grass strip with buildings, hangar, etc., or a rural paved strip with the same...Suggestions appreciated!Steve in (rural) Kansas
April 9, 200818 yr Have your tried searching the library using Kansas as the search criteria and limiting the search to FS2004 scenery? You may want to try that with adjacent states also.
April 9, 200818 yr There's some good one's by Eric O'Link. He's done some for Minnesota (my state), Wisconsin, S. Dakota and Illinois. Not quite as rural as you'd like maybe but the Minn airports are small none the less.Here... http://library.avsim.net/search.php?Search...4scen&Go=Search
April 9, 200818 yr Perhaps not quite in Kansas, but it sounds like you might enjoy Bremerton National (KPWT) by Mark Smith (I certainly do, it is an excellent freeware airport.) Library link: http://library.avsim.net/search.php?Search...s2004&Go=Search
