March 17, 200323 yr Just saw the newsrelease here:http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/no...03/flig0317.htm"All aircraft feature just about everything including moving parts such as doors, airstairs, and reversers, dynamic shine, reflections, and wing views."Edited: No Screenshots in the MSFS forum
March 17, 200323 yr Moderator Mike, thanks for the heads up!! Another beauty from Eric & Co., simply stunning their work. I didn't have a chance to test the FDE but even if it's only 1% as accurate as the visual it'll be truly amazing ;-)Hats off to the FlightFX team, keep up the great work!!Cheers,Petehttp://members.aol.com/pzsoulman/myhomepage/logo.gifAthlonXP2000,AbitKX7-333(latest4in1),512MB/2700SDRAM,WinXP,DirectX8.1,Geforce3TI200(128MB)(Det.30.82),SBlive(WDM5.1.2601.0) I9-13900K, RTX 4090, DR5-6000MHZ, CORSAIR ICUE H150I ELITE, ASUS PRIME Z790-P, THERMALTAKE TOUGHPOWER GF3 1350W, WIN 11
March 17, 200323 yr Beautiful aircraft. Does anyone know how to get the airstairs to work on the 727? I get them to work on the 737.

March 17, 200323 yr Dennis- they have been released @ flightsim.com, it is listed as one file, under the title "737"
March 17, 200323 yr How soon will it be somewhere else, because I personally hate flightsim.com, you can almost never get logged in, and when you do you get horrible speeds and ads.
March 17, 200323 yr I looked and was not able the find the planes. I hope they put them on AVSIM also!
March 17, 200323 yr I found them, page 4, it has a picutre of a 727 and the title is Boeing 737-200, 14 MB download, went fast with cable!
March 18, 200323 yr I downloaded them (Slow....DSL)at flightsim.com727 comments...Beautiful models, they "look right" (based on the old 98/2K model). Flaps are much better than the "old" standard, but not quite as nice as Mike Stone's. Slats/Kugler flaps extend accurately!!Can only get the front door open (opens very accurately for the old Boeing plug doors), no airstairs...not a biggie for me.Seems to need a lot of up trim for t/o and approach, the stab goes to interesting angles reflecting this trim.727s a definite keeper, going to take it on a trip and check out the flying enroute...Can't wait for repaints...Dave
March 18, 200323 yr Moderator I've never seen this before and I may not be up to date on current aircraft design for FS2K2, but the rotating beacon is just incredible at night :-eekIt is actually rotating ;-)http://members.aol.com/pzsoulman/myhomepage/logo.gifAthlonXP2000,AbitKX7-333(latest4in1),512MB/2700SDRAM,WinXP,DirectX8.1,Geforce3TI200(128MB)(Det.30.82),SBlive(WDM5.1.2601.0) I9-13900K, RTX 4090, DR5-6000MHZ, CORSAIR ICUE H150I ELITE, ASUS PRIME Z790-P, THERMALTAKE TOUGHPOWER GF3 1350W, WIN 11
March 18, 200323 yr Well, I'm not sure about a Cayman Airways repaint, but I know of someone that is interested in painting it in Bahamasair's colours (which really pleases me because I used to fly on Bahamasair a lot). So it might be a safe bet to start downloading ;). It's definitely worth it.George
