Hi guys, just found and installed Tileproxy.I have found something very interesting with Yahoo. My area (Brandon, MB) shows very high resolution imagery on the maps.yahoo website, but despite all attempts, I cannot get anything better than about 10 through Tileproxy. Calgary looks amazing, at about the same resolution as it shows on the website, but I cannot get Brandon to look the same. Switching to Bing, it looks pretty good (very close to what is online)The only conclusion that I can come up with is that the Brandon area must be new scenery, but I'm at the most up to date (as far as I know) version of Yahoo - 1.9This led me to start looking into the URLs that the INI file uses to pull the tiles. They are different than what is online! Not sure if this is the thread to ask, but what does the "map_version" setting do? The map setting in my ProxyUser.ini was still set at 330 and I don't see no ill effects. I'm getting the latest maps (as I can see the aerials in my neighborhood were taken very recently).

(plz change http to xttp so avsim will not change it to alink but will leave as a single string )

Bing updates fairly regularly. I've seen the versions change daily. Yahoo, on the other hand, has always remained the same.

As far as I know, current Bing version is 2357.

The tileproxy service with modifying g ** gle stopped working today 16/05/2014 at me, does anyone know what happened? is there any update now?

Anybody still using TileProxy with flight sim FSX acceleration Pack?  Just tried installing it and when I go to start TileProxy from my start menu.  I get an error stating "volume listing failed with error" with numbers following and "error connecting to filter port" with numbers following.  Any idea whats causing these errors?  I have played around with the settings several times and tried enabling the different mapping services and always get the same errors as stated above.  Any advice greatly appreciated.
