Hi all, my name is Andrea a scenery developer at DSDG.DSDG work, is focused on cities, developing detailed building with high resolution texturesYou can find HERE, on avsim library, our first work released about one month ago, this was a little scenery, an area located in Milan suburbs (were I live :( ), but from that scenery you can see how we work. Now we are working for a new and huge scenery, Milan Downtown buildings and others buildings surrounding Milan city, some of them with landable heliports!!Here you can see the first preview screenshot, from left to right, the New Lombardy Region Hq (under/construction in real life!!), "Galfa" tower and finally "Pirellone" skyscraperImage far exceeds the 200k file size limit at AvsimYou can read our forums at http://dsdg.webs.com/apps/forums/ , or simply check our site http://dsdg.webs.com/We hope to release this first pack by the first half of June. Thanks for your patience, will be repayed.RegardsAndrea BertolucciDSDG, http://dsdg.webs.com/

Hey Thanks!!!This is my home city, and I love it :( Milan is growing very fast and we will see a lot of new scrapers here in the next 4/5 years, so I decided to bring the realty to our sims!! (but I will do it faster :( )now the facts: new texture for the highest scraper, check with the previews screenshot, texture now are tons better!!! for the best realism never seen for a city scenery!! and I can tell, WITHOUT any loss in frame rate, I fixed fps at 45 and when I fly around this buildings the frame is costantly at 45!!news and updates for this tower here -> http://dsdg.webs.com/apps/forums/topics/sh...er-constructionthe screnshot is fs9 100% (not the sky)This weeks we start to develop the "Garibaldi twins", you can see renders and news here -> http://dsdg.webs.com/apps/forums/topics/sh...er-development-Regards, Andrea

Hi all, huge update about Milan Scenery!5 new buildings are under developing!, 3 of them are added to the previous expansion plans, cause they are key points if you fly to "Milan Linate" or "Milan Bresso".Now plans include approximately 18 buildings and 3 helipads, 70% of them are under developing. Some screens about this update:DSDG-2009-jul-6-001.jpgBreda tower @ night -> More HEREDSDG-2009-jul-10-001.jpgResidential towers -> More HEREAnd finally the area "CityLife" is under developing, this is the most challenging part of the whole work due the very complicated shape of the towers!!!DSDG-2009-jul-6-007.jpgmore about CityLife -> HERERegards, Andrea

Blimey! Looks stunning! It's sucha pity we have no good, up-to-date airport for Milan. With such sceneries it really would be a treat to fly there! If I may ask, where did you get the high res ground texture? I'ma sking because there is a city I would be interested in replicating, but I have no diea where to get these sort of high quality textures...

+1!!! WOW. If only some of those houses could become 3D but it's all good, that looks AWESOME! Any future cities in mind? I think Auckland and Singapore could be next LOL.gif. Just a suggestion...
