Why does every Fenix topic ends up with an FSLabs comparison??? To stay on topic: there will be a blog certainly for release. My guess is that within a few months the new VNAV update will be out and if that release is smooth I expect the NEO's hopefully in the summer?

Can confirm your first finding... With mcdu view (2) I cannot reset my view, so I switch to the (8) and then reset works...

I have an 3080rtx with 10gb. Managed to limit vram by being picky with fenix liveries (4k only), settings to medium, fsr on with dynamic lod, ai traffic AIG 2k only... Biggest improvement was disabling rebar with nvidia inspector for the msfs 2024 profile which saves me around 1gb!

Since SU2, there is an extra FSR option for me, set to 2x when enabled. Since I have a 3080 this is the only option. But pretty happy with it!

Can you file an IFR flightplan now with default ATC?

You can only ask the devs... In case of ESSA it is Marcus Nyberg. He is very helpful! You can find him via the Orbx forum...

Most of the times I use Facebook or Discord to contact the devs involved... Indeed less luck via mail... Some companies not reachable at all. RDPresets for example, but also Fly X Simulations...

Hope they will add the (default) avatar as copilot, only for visuals... Makes the flightdeck less empty!

I am using the FSLTL injector, with the models of AIG. For me this is a great combination of seeing real-time flights with detailed liveries... In the injector you determine the amount of traffic so it will not overload your system. Haven't used MSFS 2024 much, waiting for a few Sim Updates to switch I think...

Not possible to file an IFR flightplan to ATC via the efb.

When I was invited for the MSFS alpha, I uninstalled P3D almost right away to learn the new sim... In MSFS 2024 I started the training missions, but for my Fenix flights using MSFS 2020. Will keep it that way until I can do a flight with ATC, proper AI etc.

Hi guys, took the MSFS 2024 plunge and after some frustration decided to start with the basics to learn the new sim with controls etc. One of the first training flights wants you to keep attitude and pitch up down. I find my plane way too sensitive with the TCA Sidestick and Thrustmaster rudder pedals. After that trying to take-off, but the plane goes from left to right and it feels very sensitive. Played around with sensitivity settings as well, but no result (yet). Any tips?

I used the FBW from the very first beginning and watched it evolving over time. Had great times with it! I also got some hardware and after that wanting some more. This year I moved to Fenix and despite the FBW is a great aircraft, Fenix is another level... Full cabins, seated pax with GSX, extended EFB, CFM/IAE differences, different cockpit instruments, sunshades... Also sharklets are coming as a free update to Fenix...
