They confirmed my order by return mail.Last night I received an e-mail from them saying that quote "This email is to inform you that some of the merchandise you ordered from usis EITHER temporarily out of stock OR is a "preorder item" that is still tobe released.You'll find the estimated ship date below. This could vary by a day or twofrom the estimated date but usually not much more than that.We will automatically ship your order when the merchandise arrives so youdon't need to take any further action." unquoteBut the e-mail does not mention any estimated date. I thus asked them this morning (european time) to give me an estimated ship date.So far, I have received no answer. Is this company based in the US, Europe or Australia? July 2, 200916 yr I have only had good experiences. I have only purchased Megascenery products from them and they hardly need support (at least for me) so I do not look to them for technical help. Once one of my disk was not working..this is after 8 months or so after I initially bought it. I noticed the disk problem on one of reinstalls and called them and they mailed me that entire boxed set for free all over again.Manny Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter

July 2, 200916 yr I purchased MegaSceneryX Hawaii: Honolulu and The Island Of Oahu from them without a hitch.Nice scenery, but a tad on the dark side.
