Which of the two do you prefer and why?Stan
Right now I use MyTraffic - I like the greater diversity of traffic (military, for example) and since I fly GA almost exclusively, I'm less concerned with real-world schedules, which UT provides. But there's a good case to be made either way. Some of the MyTraffic models are less detailed than the UT ones and don't look as good up close, though I understand they're addressing that through updates.Hope this helps.Alan

Stan,Couple other things to consider. You may have already, but just in case you haven't, since you are doing a full re-install from scratch...1. Install REX FIRST before any other addons. IF for some reason it decides to re-write your EXE.XML file (again), you won't lose any other entries that may have already been added to it before installing REX. The latest REX patch is supposed to prevent this, but....2. When you install duplicate type addons that replace textures in FSX, be very, VERY careful that you understand what any "Backup FSX Original Textures" portion of that installation will do. For instance, if you install REX over a pristine default FSX install, it WILL backup your default FSX textures. But if you then run REX and CHANGE those textures, THEN install FEX and do a "Backup Original FSX Textures" without RESTORING the original backup from REX first, FEX will back up your REX textures instead. Sound confusing? Been there...done that...got the T-Shirt!Third-Party Utilities not mentioned in your list:1. The new freeware (donationware) "Texture Max Load Editor". A must have if you are going to use textures above 1024 (like REX and FEX clouds), and don't want FSX to reset to 1024 if you use the FSX interface to change anything.2. AISmooth. Gotta have it with AI traffic in FSX. Gotta. Gotta, Gotta, Gotta. Did I say "Gotta" yet?3. FSTscenery_cfg Fixer. Small utility that fixes your scenery.cfg file in less than one second by clicking on a desktop shortcut to the utility. The zip file download is named fsscenery.zip. A must have utility that needs to be run EVERY TIME you make a change in FSX using the Scenery Library. If not, your scenery.cfg file is gonna be numbered wrong and look like there was a cat fight that took place in it.Just some stuff you may not have considered yet. If you have, no harm, no foul.Enjoy the new computer!Rick
