For one the panel.cfg layout is is nightmare. Con't figure out how to get the Reality XP 430 WAAS to display in the 182, 182RG, and 206.I am using the FS9 versions ported to FSX.Robert

Yes, I was wondering that. I've got the M20 and it looks great to my eye. I'm just about to buy their 182Q, after seeing the screenshots on their site.Or is it something functional?

Really? Why? Here are my FSX certified 182's182q430.jpg182RG-FSXSMALL.jpgI have the 206 as well, but indeed it is a bit more fussy, but doable.

I want something a bit more up to date panel wise without having to pay for the realityxp gauges. I do have the RXP430 but I dont know how to edit the panel file to get it showing in the VC. Anyways, I feel that Carenado is cheap in a way because they use the same basic avionics on all of their aircraft. I realize they are trying model the plane as it was released from the factory and that is fine. It's just not what I am looking for.I really wish DF would make a comeback and get their Dakota up and running for Vista64.

You could spend very little money and retrofit the DF Dakota 430 with a unit from Friendly Panels or SimFlyer. Also, I don't run 64 bit, but you may want to check-out the RXP forum, there may be answers there for you.

Ever think that is one the ways they keep their product prices low?I have no real propblem with their stock gauges, and they actually work very well, but I prefer swapping them with RXP stuff, and Friendly Panel radios/AP etc.

The 182RG has become one of my favorite models. I am very happy with it running under FSX/Acceleration on Vista 64-bit and nVidia 9800GT.GW
