Hi, I just got the JS41 and ir runs super slow on my system. I was wondering if yuo had TrackIR with this plane, would it be laggy? Like when you move your head to the side would the motion be slow on the screen or how really does TrackIR handle a plane with bad frames. Thanks,Jeff

I have a strange problem with TracKIR and the JS41, my FPS drop by about 10 FPS when TrackIR is tracking (using TrackIR 4 with latest TrackIR software). Whether or not it's just my system or not I do not know.

...no performance issues here with TrackIr4, runs fine and smoth.

TrackIR-5 works as well on my JS-41 as it does with any other bird. No FPS differences with or without it, anywhere...

What software version? If your using the 5.0 switch to 4.0137, Im using trackir 4 and recently upgrade to v5.0 software and it was just awful. Switched back to my original 4.0137 and its great again.

mmm, strange I just uprgraded to V5.0 from 4.0137 and found it seems to works much better .No drop in FPS here. So much so I'll start using it again for the larger aircraft.Michael

I'm using version 5 of the software on Windows 7 Ultimate, 64Bit. Strange to see I'm the only one having that issue, but the FPS change when pressing F9 to activate the tracking is quite noticeable. Will try Track 4 software.

I'm running the same as you (TIR5, Win7 64) and haven't noticed an FPS hit.Its a little twitchy, but I've been working on the profile to smooth it.

I'm using the latest v5 software with my TrackIR5 and it works great on my WinXP_64 OS. Make sure you get the latest version B of the 'Final' release as there was an issue with the initial v5 'Final' drop, trying to detect when games, including FSX, went they started up.

No issues with other aircraft, will take some screenshots if I can tommorow.
