December 5, 200916 yr Yeah, the developer is Russian, and apparently that posed a problem. There was no way for him to sell it, although he had a finished product. I'm not what's happening now, but I've seen multiple suggestions for possible publishers. Not sure if he followed up any one of them. December 6, 200916 yr Well it obviously could be done under Russian law, after all Captain Sim is a Russian Developer! There are just probably a number of bureaucratic hurdles to jump over.
