New Iris Simulations CRJ Series for Xmas!

Featured Replies

Just saw this in the Previews forum over at Iris Simulations! Might be a very nice little Christmas surprise for us! http://www.irissimulations.com/phpBB3/view...p?f=8&t=684Doesn't say if it is for FSX only, but I imagine it probably will be, since most of the stuff they do now is FSX-only.It won't be PMDG-depth as far as the sysems go, but it'll definitely be better than the default FSX CRJ-700! :( - Alex

Oh, looks great! And "middle of the road" systems sounds like exactly the thing for me.

Seems as if they have Ernie Alston doing their gauges as well... just like Quality Wings!I'm definitely in for this one.. I have quite a few Iris aircraft and they are always a great treat!

Anything is better than the old FeelThere/Wilco CRJs!(no offense, Scoob :( )

They always worked great for me in FS9, however the "port-overs" that they did for FSX are brutal on frames... the panels perform great in FSX, but the models just drag it down. I've merged the CRJ7 2-D panel with the POSKY FSX model and the default FSX VC... not the best solution, but it works ok! Would rather have a "fully functional" VC.. but at least the gauges show and I can now fly from the VC.Anyway.. I look forward to this package! It'll be nice to have a full FSX CRJ series. According to their forum, the -900 will be out before Xmas.. then the -200 and -700 will follow soon after.

If you go over to the aerosoft forums you can find previews for the CRJ because they took over the project.

No its continuing to be developed. Just the 700 and 900, for fsx only.
