January 6, 201016 yr Hi AllI am getting an EFIS / Nav disagree message in approach mode on the efis when tuned into a valid ILS frequency on all ILS approaches, the approach is working and I can see it active on the EFIS in approach mode but still getting the writing across the efis screen as soon as I tune in the ILS, this happens on all models of the 737, anybody know why this is happening, this error is mentioned briefly in the 737 PMDG AOM but does not indicate why, thanksWayne Wayne such Asus Hero Z690, Gigabyte Aorus Master 5080, I914900K, Kraken 360 AIO CPU Cooled, 96 GIGS Corsair DDR5, 32 Inch 4K by 3

January 6, 201016 yr It is telling you that you have an ILS tuned on Nav1 radio, but have not set ILS mode on the EFIS display (ie still in map mode)The ND does not need to be in ILS mode to fly the approach and is should not trigger that warning. It's more likely the ils frequency/course in the FMC database is different from the working one in the simulator, even though the displays confirm the ils works just fine. You just need to ignore it.Sometimes there are mismatches when add-on scenery is installed etc.. EFRO ils rwy 21 is one example.

January 7, 201016 yr EDIT. Wrote something but I wasn't sure since I haven't flown the 737 for a while. So I erased it.Jim Dow
January 7, 201016 yr thanks for the reply, I am definently not in map mod I am in approach modeWayneYou need to set the course in the MCP to match the course in the FMC Approach Reference page. George Morris

January 7, 201016 yr You need to set the course in the MCP to match the course in the FMC Approach Reference page. Exactly what I had written, but wasn't 1000% sure. Glad to see I wasn't off base.Jim Dow
