Anyone else experienced poor support from Just Flight?

Seems the site is back up and running today; evidently either a server error or maintenance was progress.Back on the topic of support, generally speaking I get okay support from Just Flight, including some that is excellent, notably for Air Hauler because the creator of that product is very diligent and attentive on the JF forums. But there have been some products I've had issues with where I got little or no response, for example, I had an issue with the fuel tanks in one of the original Flying Club aircraft a long time back, and never really got an adequate resolution, in fact, I ended up simply giving up trying to get an answer after numerous emails. More recently, I had an issue with support from Just Trains (the bit of the company which does train sim stuff), and it took some fairly dogged efforts on the forums and via a ticket in order to get a solution to my issue, which did eventually happen, but it took a couple of weeks. On that occasion, they did later claim to have emailed me a reply right after I submitted my ticket, but I checked pretty thoroughly and no such email ever came to me even if they did send it.So as Raymar also concludes, I think if one is prepared to stay on the case, you will get a resolution, and as much as I have time for Just Flight since they are a decent company, it has to be said that their support has some room for improvement. In common with Raymar, I too suspect that part of the problem is because they are brokers for so many products, it probably leaves them a little thin on the ground when it comes to responding to support requests, so don't forget that they have quite extensive forums, and it is worth using those as well as emails and support tickets.Al
