January 30, 201016 yr Hi!I have a small problem with FSX: the aircraft experiences unwanted right aileron trim to the right. At the beggining I though it could be a hardware damage, but I have got it even when the Yoke (saitek pro flight) has not axes/key assigned, and even with the yoke disconnected and using a Joystick.I tryed to use also other aircrafts, single engine, twins, etc.. with all of them the same situation, always to the right side. Sometimes it reach a trim where the aircraft is stabilized and do not go futher right, but not as a rule.Weather settings to good and beutiful sun, with no wind :DWhat could I do?Thanks in advance,Daniel

I also get a problem with rudder trim most of my planes veer off the runway in one direction at first I thought it was the usual things like wind but I now believe it to be something else. I have fsuipc registered. Is there a way in fsuipc to delete all assignments and start again?? If it is a conflict with fsx and fsuipc it would be easier to delete all assignments and then use solely fsuipc.Tom Tom Why not read some useful tips and tricks - http://forum.avsim.n...22#entry1965722

To verify the problem is what I suspect, try this: Go to the Control Panel on your computer, open "Game Controllers", select the Saitek Yoke and click on "properties". That should show you the X-Axis off to the right. Unplug the USB connection for the yoke and plug it back in. Then go back into the Yoke properties and the X-Axis should be centered. Bottom line is if you simply disconnect/reconnect the Yoke each time it gets off center you can get it to work correctly for a period of time. Hope that helps. January 30, 201016 yr Hi! Many many thanks for the answers. Finally it was possible to solve the problem, but the process was not easy ;o)Can you imagen which was the cause of the unwanted right triming? I will give you some facts before:- Jets did not have the unwanted right triming;- At low throttel, propellers (twins or single) trimmed noticeable less; at high altitud also just a little;- All the time to the right, even if it was not connected the Yoke, or if the yoke had not axes assigned;- FSX was configured at the top of the reallity settings, and at the top of:P-factor!Yes! It was the P-factor; when I set it to zero, the trimming was gone. So, it is normal ;o) If somebody out there is having this problem, please notice it is normal and does not mean any hardware failure.Daniel
January 30, 201016 yr I had this problem for a time in the Cessna. I use keyboard controlls and could not find any trim. Then after many unwanted right turns, especially after a long flight coming to land, I discovered I had experimented with the fuel tank taps! :( rhha FSX + Acceleration + UTX Eu v1.4 + GEX Eu v2 Dell XPS 420 Nvidia 8800GT We're all so headstrong - Feeling awe and wonder is the answer.

If it is a conflict with fsx and fsuipc it would be easier to delete all assignments and then use solely fsuipc.TomTomThere is absolutely no conflict between FSUIPC and FSX unless you have the same axis assigned in both FSX and FSUIPC4.Hence, my comment about duplicate axes. Duplicate axes = trouble. If you use FSUIPC4 to assign your axes then you must delete those same axes assignments in FSX. You can assign some axes in FSX and some in FSUIPC4 (mix 'n match) but they must not be the same. The SST software can also conflict with FSUIPC4 again due to duplicate assignments.Unless you have a very complex plane it is just as easy to assign axes, etc in FSX as it is in FSUIPC4.For GA planes I only assign the gear up gear down function FSUIPC as it has more functionality than FSX, I assign the rest of the axes in FSX.Do check your sensitivity and null zone.RegardsPeterH
