darn, do I need my original registration key? Where do I get it?

Yes, Pete, it will take a while but they are working on it. If you read the bottom of the following link, it provides complete information for individuals who purchased the boxed/DVD version: http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=33450. Usually the box or the DVD itself will indicate who distributed the product and that may give you a clue. But, according to the link, you may not need a receipt as there may be a DVD exchange which Flight One is still trying to work out. I hope you can get it figured out.Best regards,Jim
Thanks Jim, I figured as much. I most likely purchased at PC Aviator, so hopefully they get the exchange system implemented shortly.Cheers, Pete

Yep, you need your original key. It should have downloaded into the same file where the rest of your GEX "package" downloaded to. If you lost it, maybe Flght1 can work your ID from your credit card number on the purchase and get you a new one.

Not so in my case. Through their ticket system I did send them a picture of the DVD and the manual and within 48 hours the key was mailed to me.BNS
