I have it too, from time to time....Maybe the servers had changed?

Hi All,No other reports of this and no, the servers have not changed or all AS products would not work. I can sugggest that you check your firewall/anit virus to make sure they are not blocking AS downloads or that it might be an ISP issue. As a help you can post your ASE_Log.txt file as an attachment and I would be glad to take a look and see if there are any clues in there.

Hi,same problem for me, ASE hang and don't download anythings.ASE is declared in microsoft firewall, and worked without problem one month ago...

Yep also having the same problem, and have been now for the last 3days. i have not change anything in the setting too, so is a problem with the servers for sure, please get it sorted JSkorna.

Never had this problem with ASA, but with ASE I have seen it quite regularly. Eventually it gets the information it is looking for, but it takes waaay to long.

The same question has been ask by myself on the HiFi website forum, and the reply was that they are looking into it, this was a couple of days ago. Do not know if its fix yet, i am away on holiday for a couple of weeks so i hope its sorted when i get back to my flying.

Hi All,We have looked into the matter and there were no problems with the server over the weekend or now. So we suggest:1. Make sure your firewall is not blocking ASA/ASE.2. Make sure your anti-virus is not getting in the way of AS. Even an update of an anti-virus program's data files can cause things to suddenly stop working well.3. Your ISP is having service issues. The servers ASE are connecting to are the same servers as ASX and ASA have connected to for a number of years now. The data is more complex, but the servers are the same.
