Impossible playing with FS2004

Featured Replies

I have installed LAGO MADDOG MD80 but after this i cannot play with FS2004.I have removed, but after the forst step, the download before flying stops at 1%.Can you helpe me?

Did you remove the MadDog per the directions? If not, try reinstalling it, start FS9 fully to your default flight once, and then uninstall correctly. Also, you might try posting this at their support forum.BTW, I/m not sure "why" you couldn't use Flight Simulator after installation, but the Maddog is arguably one of the more difficult aircraft to fly in MSFS.

You may want to look in your modules folder and see if there's any left over .dll files that did not get removed. Are you trying to use Lago Maddog or Leonardo Maddog??

LAGO Maddog,no .dll files in modules folder about Lago

To be clear, are you saying that Flight Simulator will not load at all, or when you attempt to start a flight? If it won't load at all, the solution very often lies in removing your FS9.cfg file to a safe location (as back-up) and letting Flight Simulator build a new one. Sometimes the settings become corrupt and this may well have nothing to do with your mad dog.If this solves your problem you will need to set up your various settings and preferences again (because the newly created one will have the default settings). If it doesn't solve it, put the original file back.John

This problem occurs when one deletes from the aircraft file the last a/c in use by FS9. Re-install the a/c, reload FS9, change the a/c in use, close FS9 and then and only THEN delete the a/c from the aircraft file.vololiberista

a/c would be the aircraft
a/c would be the aircraft
Aircraft removed

Excuse me,before to do what said, after selected a new aircraft (3) have i trying to fly?

I think the LAGO has a bad .DLL file in the installer. Try this, install the aircraft normally. Then BEFORE starting FS, run AES help. The AES help should replace the bad .DLL and you should have no more problems. Try that and let me know if it worked.

GREAT :( :( I have done as you said, even if i have some little problems as lost some sound files or object not found, but reinstalled some planes feels good. The Lago MD80 is a strange a/c, when installing wants to overwrite some protected files.
