May 7, 201016 yr Author This note appears on their web page, they seem to have fixed the bug:May 6: Due to a temporary error in a file compression software the Navigraph server could not produce FMS Data files for download during the time period 2010-05-06 17:55 GMT+1 to 2010-05-06 23:15 GMT+1. The FMS Data service is now back to normal. No user has lost any credits. The FMS Data download process has three steps: 1) Check if user has previously paid for the current AIRAC cycle. 2A) If user has paid or has active subscription, relay user to download page. 2B) If user has not paid, deduct credits and then relay to download page. 3) Provide the user with the file for download. As the error occured in step 3, no user has lost any credits. Simply return to the FMS Data download page to download your desired file. Your previous purchase has already been registered. Dan Downs KCRP
