May 11, 201016 yr In RC 4.3 for FS9 I encountered a problem when departing from DTTA at a selected rwy 11. First the angle given by RC appear to be of by 180 deg (334 deg according to RC). Second the distance info given by RC didn't change and nothing happened more from RC. RC throwed this error message 'fsuipc-wait can't get D0008 to change from 3645852 always 3645852' . I use the Tunis 2008 africasim V 1.4 addon scenery for DTTA.

I use WideFs. I used ASE. Forgot to mention that info.

May 12, 201016 yr Author did you find the links specific to ase and widefs? pete has a special widefs that will help the problem too.jdI did find a thread about ASA and RC. I tried unchecking a 'flight watch announcements' setting. The other suggestion DWC I don't know what this DWC setting is.This time I never got fsuipc_wait. Although my session ended with a building crash. The problem with the angle being off with 180 deg still remains. This time I first rebuilt the scenery data base again to be certain. This problem with angles I have earlier encountered with GMMN aerosoft Casablanca. At that time I was given a special AFCAD file. Is that what I need for DTTA?What special widefs do you mean? Shouldn't I use the latest version for download?

May 14, 201016 yr I don't have ASE but DWC means Direct Wind Control in AS65 that I have and from what I see in their support forum (Hi-Fi Simulations here on AVSIM). It is in the options page. On that forum some RC users have stated they turn it off.

I also have the problem in FSX and at GMMN where I at earlier occasion was given a specific AFCAD file. That AFCAD has been installed but the problem remain. Also it seems that in FSX the angle is off exactly 180 deg but not exactly so in FS9 where there seem to be an additional offset from the opposite rwy direction.
May 15, 201016 yr Hi Guys,One thought strikes me when the errors are around the 180degree mark and that is, do the runways give any backcourse ILS.This can cause problems in FSXNorman Norman Bowman

May 16, 201016 yr Author I discovered that I had forgotten to zip the file so I have sent a new mailIt seems to be my misunderstanding. The angle given apperas to be the angle to the runway and not the runway heading itself as given when landing.
