So it won't work with any other available approaches and also not for just any runway, just those who have RNAV in the database? I wonder how many airports/runways have those approaches? I only fly above PNW right now and afaik there aren't ANY approaches available in that region due to some bug or something...

Now Orbx PNW does have some issues with the changes they made to the approach database in FSX but they are working on fixing that.
