No Tint Windows

Thank you for making a clear window texture option in the new Bonanza. It allows me to enjoy the PNW at its finest while flying in an aircraft of my first choice!Stephen

What would make me an extremely happy camper would be a Carenado 185 with the same kind of tint-free windows. A friend of mine who dabbles in such things tried to do it for me but could not make it work. Is there anyone here that is able and willing to do so? I would be willing to return the favour somehow!Kind Regards,Stephen

Thank you J van E for the excellent tint free window textures. Now I can enjoy the 185 as much as the Bonanza. These two planes have really expanded the FSX world for me when flying in the FTX PNW. I do not like having the clarity of incredible scenery smudged out artificially with window "tint" just because the real aircraft has darkened windows. It is hard enough to replicate reality on a computer than having a silly dulling down added to simulate something that should be excluded for a closer to life experience. I can understand doing that when ugly default scenery was the norm because nothing worthwhile seeing was essentially lost, but that is not the case with the new, vastly improved sceneries. After all, only sight and sound is at work here when flying a computer, besides imagination. It makes no more sense to restrict the sight as it does to intentionally muffle the sound. That is the way I see it anyway. I have a fortune tied up in the best aircraft add-ons. The only ones I will fly anymore are the ones which give me visual pleasure and helps ease my mind into believing what I am seeing.Once again, thank you Jeroen and Carenado!Stephen

You're welcome! :( Glad it worked out fine!

How do you add the non-tinted windows to the Bonanza? Are they the brown window textures in the texture folders or are they somewhere else? Thanks

Is there any way we can share Stephen's clarity of vision? The 182Q/RG is being a pita at the moment. Someone was kind enough to send me Carenado's effort at clear windows for the 206 but they are SERIOUSLY clear! Just like the window cleaner has been round recently. (Not ours I might add! :( )No reflections or finger marks...

Stand down. Problem solved more than adequately. In fact perfectly. 182RG and 182Q now have proper clear windows. :(
