A new flight simulation store has opened currently for new and the latest sound packs for default aircraft and popular addon's. A new Boeing 707 sound pack is currently in development and will be made compatible with Captainsim's next release for FSX.FS-Gamer's Website:http://www.fs-gamer.com

No real person info in the 'contact us' page. It's strictly a fly-by-night insta-web-store. I would strongly caution anyone and everyone regarding this brand new store front that was made from a canned web store system. The DNS information for the domain is hidden, completely.Personally I have security alarms going off all over the place regarding this one.

This should be addressed in the next day or two and thanks for pointing that out. Some things can be so easily missed. Store Owner

I though advertising on the forums by a store owner/developer was against the forum rules.
It is. I'll address this now. merculiv,I'll send you a PM explaining commercial member rules of the forums as soon as I get home to my computer (my iPhone/AT&T service is subpar where I live).

Ok will be looking for the PM. Sorry if I missed one of the rules. That's quite stupid of me. :(

No biggie, we'll get you all squared away here shortly. You'll even get some shiny yellow letters for your name.

DNS Information fixed. :) As for the contact information I will get that addressed!

I noticed a B58 sound set available. I'd be interested in knowing if the prop sounds are distinguished from the engines when adjusting RPM condition.

The sounds are limited to the throttle adjustments only and the propeller slap effect is only when the wheels get rolling 'on ground' which is a nice feature I added in. That is an SDK limitation and it is quite silly that the rpm's are only affected by the throttle and not the condition lever. It's very very slight that you can hear a small change but I know exactly what you are talking about. This might be something that can be added in with a third party program in the future and I know it is possible to code it but I would need to know what event in the simulator is activated when adjusting with the condition lever to be able to program something like that. I have heard this topic a few times and its mainly with the turbo piston and turboprop fans that would enjoy that feature. I personally would like this feature myself come to think of it and maybe a little reading a tweaking with visual basic something might come up that rings a bell. For me its just sound config's at the moment that I can work with.

re: the b55-b58-there is no condition lever-just props. The sound may or may not be an issue with tubo piston and turboprop (I wouldn't know) but basic constant speed prop planes it is for sure an issue. Most fs aircraft give a change in sound when adjusting the manifold-but show no change when adjusting the rpm-which should be a much greater change in sound. FS planes manually sych in multi engine by the manifold instead of rpm. When one goes to full props on approach the props should scream, likewise in the runup when testing. Doesn't happen in fs..I've been waiting for reality here for quite a while.

Yeah just search up 'merculiv' via youtube and check out my videos... I have a few of the the baron 58 and me trying out the new pack etc. I should post more with the throttle open in flight but at least you'll get a preview. Victor
