I've bought a few things from them and have been pleased with their service. Prices look ok, especially when they do their occasional sales and delivery has been fast. Not had any problems with them, so can't comment on their customer services. Don't think they offer software downloads, I've only had DVD's. So far, so good.

I have placed 6 orders in the last year ordering 2-3 flight sim titles with each order,and this reputable company has delivered without fail.Initially,as was rightly expected,they first waited for my cheque to clear before despatching the goods,but on the last order I had not even posted the cheque and delivery was on its way.How good is that?Personally speaking,I'd recommend them wholeheartedly as they are very reliable
