I have exactly the same problem after installing the LCF - After runniing the config prog as admin, the 747F or the 747-8F show main gear down in preview and on 'Fly Now' gets a gear config error message in the eicas. If loaded at a strip, just flicks in and out of the ground (no crash detection).Works ok when selecting a passenger 747 or the LCF version, just NOT the freighter ones.John Ellison

I was told to uninstalled all PMDG 747 products and reinstall them. I did this and found that the problem was solved, the 400F model worked fine. However, when I went to config manager and choose the 747-8 and 747-8F model the problem reappeared and now niether of them the 400F or 800F model displays correctly in the preview. It seems selecting the 747-8 expansion in the config manager has something to do with causing the fault? Barrie Davies

I have just tried something that I thought of doing and it seems to solve the problem. I decided to try leaving the 400LCF model selected in the config manager and just try the other models with their appropriate VC cockpit and they seem to work fine. For example if I select 800F cockpit and leave the model set to 400LCF the 747-8 freighter works as usual, same goes for the original 400 freighter. Leave LCF as the model and just pick the appropriate freighter versions cockpit.ThanksBarrie Davies

That's what I had to do as well Barrie, other way was a crasho. Still can't get that stupid back door open though <_<

We're looking into the issue here guys, standby while we try to figure out what's going on... This wasn't seen at all in testing.
