September 10, 201015 yr Author never mind, I got an email from Flight Replicas and they say it is because I don't have Acceleration, I have SP2. Well I always thought that they are the same, looks like I'm stuck with a dud. Ciao!
September 10, 201015 yr ...or, you could just go ahead and get Acceleration, since you may run into problems like this on other add-ons, not just the FR Super Cub. Lose not thine airspeed, lest the ground rise up and smite thee.
September 10, 201015 yr Currently on Ebay (uk) for £15 delivered; a google search has it for £10 used.Worth it, I'd say, just for compatibility, but the enhanced cities, a decent fighter jet and some new missions make it a good buy, imo. Paul Skol

September 15, 201015 yr Acceleration is a definite must buy. Almost all the new planes in the works are going to require that soon. There are definite improvements concering aerodynamics, engines etc... as wellWith the new Super Cub Flight Dynamics (especially the 'standard' version) you are definitely missing something if you stay with SP2 !!!
September 15, 201015 yr Can you upgrade from SP2 to Acceleration? I have SP2 and have not yet noticed any issues that Acceleration might fix, but I'm interested in your comments that future products might require it.Thanks, Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
September 15, 201015 yr As soon as you install Acceleration (which means the add-on plus an 'enhanced' SP2) it automatically uninstalls the old SP2 (and the old SDK) AFAIR.That was a major error from MS as they promised over and over that there wouldn't be any differences. To make sure you can uninstall SP2 manually first, but I don't think it's neccessary.
September 15, 201015 yr Author that is good to know.. I wouldn't mind having that fa18 anywhothanksbs Ciao!
