It depends on what you want to spend on a video card as well as what your motherboard will support. I imagine it has at least one PCI express 16x?I think a 460 or 480 might be in your grasp but not sure.

The i7 rocks. When I dumped my AMD for the i7 957 Extreme, I was amazed at the performance gain. I keep telling my pig-headed brother, who seems to want to build his new computer with an AMD processor, that the i7 is the ONLY way to go.
