October 13, 201015 yr Moderator What happened to simple old tolerance and respect? There is nothing 'weird' about the OP's question, I see it as: bought a couple of aircraft from [insert developer here] recently, was wondering what the esteemed people of Avsim thought of these aircraft?Well, wierd might be a bit srong but it IS a strange request. To what purpose does he care what others think about the planes? He's already purchased them. Is he looking for some sort of justification for the purchase? Perhaps he just wants to build the excitement while he waits for them.So if I posted that they all suck big time, would he send them back unopened?that's all I'm getting at. It's just an unusual way to ask about aircraft. As already posted, this type of thing comes in two flavors - those who ask about an aircraft BEFORE spending money and those who spend the money and post their thoughts (review) about the aircraft. It's not the end of the world, just a strange choice of post.Enjoy them and let us all know if they're any good.Vic RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160
October 13, 201015 yr What, you never read reviews of airplanes you already own? :-) I enjoy learning other peoples' opinions about stuff I have. It gives me a different perspective.

It gives me a different perspective. The A6 is fun to fly but quite simplistic. Very few systems modeled. Flap handle in the VC doesn't have two settings. Night lighting is terrible. DIANE is simulated in a very shallow manner. When they released it they also hadn't figured out how to put an ILS on a moving carrier in FSX so you can't fly anything but visual approaches to moving carriers. VC is also blocky and not up to current FSX standards.
