TropicAir Repaint Request

Featured Replies

As I frequent Belize quite alot, I always enjoy flying TropicAir to/from San Pedro/Belize City. What are the chances someone with more skill than I could ever muster could put together a TropicAir livery for the 208B?http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c1/Tropic_Air_Caravans.JPG

I would like to see that one as well. I would also love to see Air Caraibes

I was just in Belize and would still really love to see a Tropic Air or Maya Island repaint if someone has the time..

Tropic will be a nightmare to paint, all those flowing lines stretched out over at least 6 different texture pieces. Getting them all to line up, and to maintain good curvature is going to be a real challenge, so don't count on that one anywhere in the near future.Maya looks easier, but the logo on the nose will have to be hand drawn....so the next time you're in Belize, and you come across one of those, take a detailed pic, preferably at right angles, of that text on the nose, and we'll see what we can do. Or point me to a large, HQ pic anywhere on the internet of that part?

Wow! That looks AWESOME! Since I'm not particular on the registration, I'm guessing just V3-HGP if it's not too much trouble?

V3-HGP it is then: FX12955.jpgFX12965.jpgFX12970.jpgFX12978.jpg

So I take it we're waiting on AVSim to approve it before I can get my paws on this repaint?

sorry, you're waiting for me to upload it, and I haven't had any time yet...maybe later this week, Final checks, readme to write, thumbnail to make, packaging, uploading....
