October 31, 201015 yr What exactly does the 4% mean? Is it a 4% improvement in performance? Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)
October 31, 201015 yr It's a 4% increase in fuel efficiency, due to the reduced drag and increased wingtip lift provided by the winglets. i7 2600k @ 5.1Ghz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz, EVGA GTX 580 @ 950MHz, OCZ Vertex II 240GB, ASUS Xonar DG, Thermaltake Toughpower XT 875W PSU, Antec KÜHLER 620 W/C, Corsair 600T SE White My FS9 Screens - http://fs9screens.blogspot.com/ Callum Richardson
November 1, 201015 yr Hey, nice shot, Al!I shot the same bird 36000 feet higher, over my house (returning to Vienna from Beijing). NEAT! BTW, I think you meant 35'465ft higher :( (TDZE 06L at CYYZ is 535ft)Since we're sharing photos of winglets, here's one I got to ride on last month. They seem about the size of a 737's wing in real life don't they?! I could not tell if that was either or, but I am not an expert. Excellent shot! Al Stiff

November 1, 201015 yr Are there are ways to make more sales on older (great) products?Ideas:1. Update the LD767 FMC (fix old reported problems) and get the airac support for the changes (Navigraph).2. Add winglets.3. Sell the LD product "updates".And for newer products:1. Make a FS9 version of the LD757. Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
