It's imply a "label" someone made up describing their FS9 with add-on enhancements. You can't "obtain" it per se, It is really whatever is in the eyes of the beholder..........or some such.gwillmot

It's just another, unofficial, name of the good old FS9.1 enhanced with many magnificent addons which make it a damn' good simulation platform.EDIT: Giwllmot, you Concorde!

Everyone will say something else, which fits her or his taste. There are many posts about it, one is just a few posts below this one.People will usually mention addons like: Ground Environment, Ultimate Terrain, REX, and many many others. Do some reading, you won't regret it.

I would throw in Ultimate Terrain if you're flying is in North America or Europe - with all those you will have a totally superior experience to the stock FS9.1
