December 14, 201015 yr Also, I should also point out that Boeing has not yet agreed that these up-to-date flight manuals will be made available via our download pages. The pdf manuals will be included in the final PMDG 737NGX product, but as of this writing we do not yet have license to distribute them digitally outside of the product itself. (We are still negotiating on this requirement, and I will keep you posted- but the manuals are owned by Boeing and their wishes must be followed.)
December 14, 201015 yr I can confirm for anyone concerned, that the Flight Crew Operating Manuals Vol 1 & Vol 2, plus the Flight Crew Training Manual will be included with the product in PDF format. We are still working out details on the QRH availability. I think it is likely that the only change you all will see is that we do not make these documents available as a free download from our website. This is being dictated by the people who own the manuals- and as such we shall comply- even if it isn't our first choice. December 14, 201015 yr Commercial Member At the very least the PMDG written portions of the manual - introduction and overview, the tutorial flights etc will be up for download. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
December 14, 201015 yr Commercial Member Seeing that the above posts seem to be answering the question on different wavelengths (all answer the question to some degree, but in different ways), let me translate into one, single, transmission:-The full manuals will be available for free, as part of the product. In other words, as part of the installer that puts the aircraft on your computer.-The PMDG-written portions of the manual (introduction and overview, the tutorial flights, etc) will be available for download on the website.-The full printed manuals are licensed (part of the cost), and are obviously available in full because of that. The reasons for the distinction between "included with the product" and "available for download" are quoted in the posts above.
