January 12, 201115 yr Hi,I'm looking for the FS2002 SDK's and it's surprisingly difficult to find good info on it. I have the Pro version of FS2002, apparently I can find the SDK's on one of the discs, but my PC has a hard time reading them, so it'd save me time and aggrevation knowing where exactly I could find them. Thanks! Mike...

January 12, 201115 yr Author Thanks for the offer, however, I would like to know the answer to my question, where on the FS2002 Pro discs can I find the SDK's. Same for FS2000 Pro, assuming the SDK's are on it.It was never about getting them, I've got that covered.:( Mike...

The Flight Simulator team is publishing this reference for developers and enthusiasts who want to create add-ons for and customize Flight Simulator 2002. We're publishing the SDK in installments.Although portions of the SDK may prove useful to Flight Simulator enthusiasts with little or no programming experience, keep in mind that many parts of the reference assume familiarity with the C programming language, Macro Assembler (MASM), and game development. Many downloads links are aliveTry them all !!Good luckPS:For answer your primary question .. I checked my FS2002 disks and I'm affraid that SDK's are not included !Regards.Gus.

January 12, 201115 yr Just out of curiousity: why are you so eager to get FS2002 SDK ? why not go for FS2004 ? or does FS2002 things different or perhaps better then FS2004 ?
January 12, 201115 yr Author That's a good question! I'm currently tinkering with water class. I've done some earlier work with EZ-Landclass, but now I'm using LWMViewer. In its settings you can point to a folder with SDK tools. Some of the listed ones were unfamiliar to me, my research into the matter pointed to FS2002 and FS2000 SDK's.I have now collected the tools LWMViewer lists, although I'm not sure I actually need them, but that's a whole nother story.:( So yeah, I needed the SDK's and apparently the FS2002 ones are on the Pro discs, but we're not a step closer to solving that mystery.:( Mike...
January 12, 201115 yr Moderator Just out of curiousity: why are you so eager to get FS2002 SDK ? why not go for FS2004 ? or does FS2002 things different or perhaps better then FS2004 ?There are some airport scenery project "tricks" that will only work with the FS2002 export tools, since they require tweaking/recompiling the intermediate assembly language files (.asm)... :( Fr.
