Hi,First of all, when will the 737NGX be relea....... just kiddin' :rolleyes:I was wondering if the 2d-panels will have the same sort of wear and tear like the virtual cockpit has? I think that would be great!A screenie of the 2d-panel would be great too by the way! :Praying:Kind regards,Daniel

They will look exactly the same.

when we gonna see it? :) ...so good that pmdg makes a 2d panel! cause not all pc´s can handle the VC!

2d-panels would be good to switch knobs and to take a better look on the info and text that you sometimes hardly can read in VC mode.

I was wondering if there would be a 2d fmc as I'm planning on getting a VRinsight CDU2. It would be great if they worked together.

Same here (already ordered). A 2D FMC plus the SDK should make it work like a dream :(

I have read the MD11 works with the CDU2, so lets hope. I like to have hardware instead of mouse clicks, so, lets hope they're compatible. AndyDigital? what do you think?.

2D panels without a 2D FMC would be odd don't you think?

Of course...D'ohOnly it seems, recently, there is a trend to develop VC only AC. [i will only use a 2d menus if there is no other option, otherwise it's VC all the way with a trackIR]......... if the CDU2 works with the NGX I will be happy to buy it.

Chris Farrell

Will the 2d panel operate sort of like the MD11's 2d panel? For example, you have clickspots to open say the overhead, and then the ability to close the whole overhead except for maybe say the fuel panel.

Will the 2d panel be in an art style like the one from say the MD-11 or will it be photoreal like, say, the Leonardo Maddog?

VC and 2D will look exactly the same. If you haven't seen it, there is a close up of the VC main panel on PMDG's facebook page.
