Thank you Blue Sky!
Hey, hey Mr BlueWe're so pleased to be with you, look around see what you do,everybody smiles at you etc.The thing I like about these moving map apps is disabling the aircraft position and then using vor/ndb/fmc etc to determine where I think I am and then enabling the aircraft position to see if I am right!

Yeah; thanks! Good to see, that you like it.

It also works on a networked computer so you dont waste resources on your FS machine
Are you using it with WideFS? I would still need confirmation, that it works with WideFS without any problems as I'm personally flying just on a single machine setup.

That's nice! I like that. :( :( :biggrin:And from another thread (http://forum.avsim.net/topic/325809-yet-another-free-jewel/):
Only US ones though, I think, not Europe where I fly.
The reason is that the US government provides those charts for free, unlike any european country or organisation.
Yes, that's true. If any organization would provide this kind of map service for any other country, I would be pleased to integrate it.
Getting an error downloading a file from the internet. 404/website not found.
That is probably due to the fact, that you flew outside of US airspace. Or the map service was down. Sometimes also the NOAA weather server is down (if you use the weather radar).

The first few days I got an error box that said it couldnt find FSUIPC, then it just started working ok.

Hi, I would like to give this a try, but the server has my ip address confused and said I had downloaded too much. I looked at the ip and it not mine so it must be my AT&T gateway id or something. Any ideas on how to get this? If someone could email it to me that would be great but not sure the size of the download. I have gmail and I am not sure what the size limit is.RegardsBob

It is only 866 KB in size - PM me with your e-mail address.

Wow, what a nice little addition, Thanks BlueSky!! I really like the refresh rate on the aircraft symbol and the AI allowing some very smooth movement across the map.RegardsBob
