February 20, 201115 yr I notice the news link to the new wilco site. Are you aware that access to customer downloads has been disabled since the new site launched a few weeks ago? That means we cannot get our purchases or serial numbers. Am I the only person with this problem because I dont see anyone else mentioning it except one in the feelthere forum who said he wasnt even able to download new purchases. I have been in touch with them and got the typical Wilco brush off. I also posted in the feelthere forum as they published most of their stuff and the only response I got from there is that the Wilco site is none of their responsibility and I should have kept copies of everything including serials. Talk about sticking a head in the sand....Well as members will be aware no other software company dealing with downloadable products takes this attitude so I learnt the hard way never to purchase directly from Wilco or Feelthere ever again - especially as by and large their products leave a lot to be desired but I buy because I try to support the community and I love the hobby. However what concenrs me as well is the active promotion you have given this publisher on the front page of AVSIM when they are treating customers in the way they do.I wonder if anyone else is experiencing problems with the site or is it just me? If it is I apologise for raising the issue but its something I feel very strongly aboutJohn John Hewson

They don't make it clear that's the procedure, but you'll find all your purchases and keys there when you do the log in.Feelthere has no connection with Wilco and had nothing to do with your problem.DJ

You need to go to www.wilcopub.com, at the top of the page you will see 'my account', click it and wait for the login page, login, at the left you will see a selection for 'My Downloadable Products', click it and you will see your orders, click the links for the ones you want and download will begin, when done look on the left side of the page again and you will see a selection for 'My Serial Numbers', click it and you will get a list of all of your serial numbers... I just did all of these things and the site is working fine. I'm using IE8. DJ
