April 19, 201115 yr Commercial Member Hello all,Recently, I recalled enjoying flying the BAe 146-200 (mostly in Air Wisconsin colors) on an old system. I believe the panel was from the BAe Panel Project and the particular model from the ARNZ group. I've easily tracked down the BAe 146 panel in question but am having the most challenging time finding the most-current BAe 146 model that exists out there. Is there a chance someone might be able to point me in the direction of the most recent BAe 146-200 or Avro RJ 85 model? I'd like to bring back some Mesaba/Northwest Jet Airlink flying but can't seem to do so. If I recall, this particular model was in the 2003-2005 time frame and even on the ARNZ site I've found, I can't pinpoint any mentioning of a BAe 146 model. All my luck has directed me to the 146-300 model from HJG...the -200 link appears to be empty.I would really appreciate any input. I know QWSim is coming out with one but I'd like something available now. Thanks very much. April 19, 201115 yr Commercial Member There is this model which came out years ago. For it's time it looked good and flew fairly well, but I do not remember too much about it.http://secure.simmarket.com/aerosoft-online-eurowings-bae-146.phtml KROSWYND a.k.a KILO_WHISKEYMajestic Software Development/Support Sys 1: AMD 7950X3D, NOCTUA D15S, Gigabyte Elite B650, MSI 4090, 64Gb Ram, Corsair 850 Power Supply, 2x2TB M.2 Samsung 980s, 1x4TB WDD M.2, 6xNoctua 120mm case fans, LG C2 55" OLED running at 120Hz for the monitor, Win11. April 19, 201115 yr Hello When looking for a certain type of aircraft its always worth trying AVSIM's very own library.Under original aircraft there are six BAEs and and under repaints about eleven pages for the BAE 146. I suspect the one you had previously could have been the John Murchison model (and even if it isn't its a good freeware 146) there are various panels (the bae panel project is no more, but the panel is still available ) I used it for awhile, but it was SO complex that I gave up with it eventually , I like to enjoy my flights and relax and faced with manual of Tolstoyan proportions decided to go back to my much simpler (but also good panel) by Targon Unamutz .Some of these Murchison models also come with ground service and cargo loading vehicles as well.Premier Aircraft Design also have a 146 (no offence to pad)but i don't think they are as good as the Murchison models ,and they come with a VC which I don't want and can't get rid and it also clashes with Targon's panel as well.Anyways some thoughtsAndy
April 19, 201115 yr Author Commercial Member Hello When looking for a certain type of aircraft its always worth trying AVSIM's very own library.Agreed. However, none of these appear to be the bare bones BAe 146-200 passenger version (I only see the military variant and cargo of the -200, and passenger -300s)...hence part of the reason behind my post.I've Googled and searched for John Murchison in the "usual" libraries...however I cannot seem to find a plain, original, full package of the BAe 146-200 passenger. Not on the ARNZ site either (I guess I really am blind).Thanks. Kyle Weber (Private Pilot, ASEL; Flight Test Engineer)Check out my repaints and downloads, all right here on AVSIM

April 20, 201115 yr Author Commercial Member Does this help?http://www.simviation.com/hjg/aircraft/BAe/146-300.htmUnfortunately, no, since I'm looking for a BAe 146-200 or Avro RJ 85.CFLYN, thank you for your PM.Quickly realizing I may wind up buying the QualityWings BAe 146 just for the model/sounds and expecting to merge it with the BAe Panel Project. I guess there truly isn't a modern model with a variety of paints/paintkits out there. April 20, 201115 yr Also don't forget that Qualitywings is making a BAE 146 also. I don't remember when they said it would be done but if it is as good as the 757 it will be AMAZING!http://forum.qwsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2797
