May 6, 201115 yr Good morningVery interesting. Does it work with FSX and products from PMDG?RegardsMarcel
May 6, 201115 yr Commercial Member I doubt it would work properly with the latest generation of PMDG aircraft but only they can confirm. I recently got myself an Iphone, can’t imagine myself without one, it’s everything you need in a handheld device and way more Three apps I would definitely recommend are V-Cockpit, Air-Nav & Plane Finder. May 6, 201115 yr iGMap is great also - I reviewed it here:http://www.avsim.com/pages/0211/FSWidgets/iGMap.htmlThough it doesnt support the .rte system PMDG use, you can just let it connect to the sim and you can see how far you are away (ie; a flight from YSSY-KLAX, you can see when your near Hawaii for example, but you will not have a flight plan to follow on the iPhone/iPad.
May 7, 201115 yr wow, so can I leave my flight sim running and do a long haul flight without accelerating time at work? That is amazing Joe Barton
May 10, 201115 yr Hi DAD, and obviously even FSX compatibility is 'experimental', see http://air.ipobjects...ts/airtrack/msf and http://air.ipobjects...ack/datasources I just released a new verison of the AirTrack FSX/F9 plug-in which is fully functional with the latest AirTrack version and the default planes, including the new improvements like speed limits and flight director bars to the PFD. I wouldn´t call it experimental! :-) The only part that is currently not working is sending flight plans from the AirTrack to the FSX/FS9 but since 1.3 you can already recieve the Flight Plans from the flight simulator. All basic stuff from PMDG planes should work but migh have some glinches. Before verifying how it works with the different planes I´d like to fix the uploading of the flight planes which is more difficult than expected.Let me know if you find any issuesJofre

However, I only want to use it primarily for the PMDG NGX in full screen mode is this possible and if so are there still some initial problems?
