If you can run the Jetstream or the MD11, then nothing. Everything should be the same or better

To run what? 737NG? It kinda depends on what other add ons u are running and what u excpect. To get the most enjoyment yes u will need an i7 or i5.

Shoot, I'm still running an Athlon 3500 and I get by fine. It's not maxxed out and I don't have a crap ton of add-ons, but it's still very much playable and enjoyable.-john rodgers

You don't NEED an i5 or i7 to run it, but I think for the optimal experience if you want to run the plane with a ton of scenery addons, traffic, weather and stuff, then it's probably a good idea. (this goes for any complex addon plane though, we don't think the NGX is inherently heavier on performance) The first gen i7s are nearly 3 years old now, so it's not entirely new or anything. I bought my 860 2 years ago this coming September.
