This isnt a bug or an oversight. As far as I know Lbs is the only weight unit supported in the real Phenom by Embraer. Only lbs in the real thing.

The same thing happened to me. And I noticed that the issue was that I had the plane currently selected as my current plane, so I only had to select a different airplane (Like the C172) and then update again. If that doesnt work for you just make sure to select any other plane and restart the sim. That should do. You now should be able to update without issues

Try it! Its quite an experience. The first time this happened to me I was in the middle of the ocean with the commanche and the engine began sputtering and lossing power, with the rpms getting lower and lower. I panicked, not knowing what was happening. The plane began losing airspeed and descending until I noticed that I forgot to switch tanks and the engine was running dry.

That's why A2A is the king of this stuff. If you do that in the commanche, at first you wont notice anything but a few seconds later the engine will start to sputter and run rough. If you catch it in time and the flow of fuel returns, the engine will roar back to life. If you dont, you will start to lose power until the engine quits. Too bad that nick is bound by the limitations of the sim. I think he should jump to the next level and begin simulating stuff like that outside the sim

Yup. Anything. I just use Windows for flight simulator, and only for that. For everything else? I use linux (Opensuse right now) since 2002.
