Easy: If I pay premium, I expect premium. There’s no excuse in 2026 to do a sloppy job with textures in a premium product. The excuse of “Oh, it’s for performance reasons” doesn’t fly either. Look at the Fenix: I dont know if I want to fly it or just keep looking at it because it looks SO GOOOOOOD outside AND INSIDE TOO!, and it doesnt kill my performance at all anywhere. Asking for 80 and then delivering a product that looks from 10 years ago its madness.

I just requested a refund. As it is rigtht now its more like a 50usd plane. There's some memory leak too. Flying in the middle of nowhere Im getting vram warnings (I have a 24gb card). I cant say anything about the flight dynamics because my experience is only limited to my subaru so far but the graphics part of it... its hard. The Nest app its too crude too. Too simple, has bugs during the installation and should be running in order for the plane to work but it doesnt auto start with the plane. The performance is bad, I have a ryzen 7800x3d with 64gb of ram and a Radeon 7900xtx with 24gb of vram. How a plane that looks this bad also performs this bad? Im using 22gb of vram at cruise altitude. For 80usd im expecting Fenix system, iniBuilds looks and Boris sounds. It currently falls short of that.

Im trying to do a short flight just using my memories from the level-d days. I have everything set up, apu running, duct pressure up to 30psi, packs off but the engines just wont turn on. They run up to 30 N2, I put the fuel control levers to the run position and nothing. Wont fire. Interesting

For me the purchase process was smooth since I did it with justflight. Got my serial from justflight instantly. Then I went and created my account with bluebird and registered my serial without issue. Had a few issues with the installation process: It didnt find my community folder, I had to select the location At first the instalation failed with an error about an "Empty path". I just restarted the app and tried again. Worked. After loading the plane, the efb said that the BB Nest app wasnt running so I had to start it manually. Now, about the plane itself: The cockpit looks good. Some low res textures here and there if you look closely The cabin looks BAD, my god. I knew it so this isnt a surprise. Backed shadows, low resolution, low polygins. I wont spend 5 minutes there, The exterior looks fine if you dont look too close. If you do, then it looks underwelming. The model looks fine but the textures... Hopefully they will improve this with the native fs2024 version. I was playing with the failures, and it seems like the fuel system has no failures implemented at all? Wow, That's weird. There are no fuel system related failures at all, no posibility of fuel leaks, pump failures etc Im yet to start it. So far my impressions? between ok and a little bit underwelming, mainly on the visual side. PD: That decal bothers me. Very low res. Why save a few mb in a texture that is so "In your face" ?

Maybe, but I think its less likely because justflight has decades of experience by now handling releases, licensing and support

They should have let Just Flight handle everything, from the purchase to the download and licensing. Just like BlackSquare does 🙄

Not broken for me at all. Flew from Kennedy to Ushuaia, close to the south pole. I dont like the fact that there's no engagement or communication AT ALL. Toliss should do the 3D part on their own and ditch Aerosoft

I wasnt going to jump in at release date because they're only releasing the passenger variant and I hate people, I prefer boxes, But I will get it anyway as a show of support for the bluebird guys.

While Im sure the builds are different for obvious reasons, what we're wondering here is if there have been changes at the back-end level (server side). After all my powerfull video card can only render the textures that are given to her by the server. I dont think there has been any change to the client side, but maybe to the server side.

Coming from the Hawker/Phenom, its difficult to look at.

I was Learning about the Skyward Sovereign and its systems look solid. But the visuals.... wow. I cant ignore them. The visuals look abysmal. Since Im not a customer I dont know anything about their plans and I was wondering if a remake of the model/textures is in the works. I dont know why this happens so frequently: Amazing systems, bad visuals (Im talking to you, Aerosoft/Toliss).

Yeah Im with you, you dont have to like it. Some people for example dont like classics like the 747-200, etc . I was asking because you said "And for the record, I love the aircraft, just not this add-on." And that sounds as if the real aircraft is fine, but the addon is bad or something.

Can you tell me why the addon is at fault for the fact that the plane is not intuitive?

The tfdi MD11 is a masterpiece for sure. Specially if you get the advanced systems package or whatever its name is. I get dynamic failures and everything. Still undecided on the inibuilds mainly because I hate people and moslty fly cargo
