Delay of button presses? It looks like there is a queue of button presses somewhere. For instance, when I press LNAV, its only after a number of presses that it switches to NAV mode (FSX default). Sometimes it switches to other modes when pressing a button (for instance going to HDG mode when pressing LNAV). I cannot figure out any system in this. This is with RC2.
Check and remove COM-port setting inside [VRinsight] section of fsuipc.ini. If you didn't.. else wait for the next update (tonight or tomorrow).

LINDA does not record keypresses involving the numeric keypad correct:I want to use the keypad keys for keypresses, so I tried to record for instance "Ctrl+NUM 0", when doing this, the keypress recording window correctly shows "Ctrl+NUM0", but when I press ok, LINDA shows the result as "Keys: Ctrl+0", just as if I had pressed the the 0 above the alphanumeric keys instead of NUM0.Same goes for all the other num keys that matches a digit. The non-digit keys work fine ("NUM ,", "NUM /", "NUM *", "NUM -" and "NUM +")All this is with Num Lock on.This happens both when recording key preses for the MCP Combo and for a Joystick.Helge.

Aha.. known problem. LINDA is using standard Windows hot key recording control and it works how it works. Cannot fix it right now and not going to mess with it in the nearest future. Recording keypresses feature not intended be used if the same goal could be achieved any other way.

Ok, you seem to detect the key correctly though, since the recorder shows it as "Ctrl+NUM0", it's just that when I press Ok, then its changed into "Ctrl+0" and then later replayed as "Ctrl + 0".I will find some free keys that aren't on the numeric keypad, so its not terribly important for me.Helge

Hm.. this is little other problem. I'll think about it later.

MST ON and MST OFF is not saved when they are macros. They stay red even if save is pressed and if I quit and reload LINDA their assignments are gone.I assigned maccros for Press Action for SPD knob and ALT knob.'They show up ok and seems to work.HOWEVER. Whenever I make anoter change and then save, a "=" is prepended to the macro name.RIght now my macro name for SPD knob Press is :"= = = = = = = = M: IFLY737 MCP SPDINTV", it started out as "M: IFLY737 MCP SPDINTV"The save file (config-mcp.lua) contains:-- MCP SPD knobSPD1 = {["A SHOW"] = SPD_show ,["A +"] = SPD_plus ,["A ++"] = SPD_plusfast ,["A -"] = SPD_minus ,["A --"] = SPD_minusfast ,["PRESS"] = "= = = = = = = = M: IFLY737: MCP SpdIntv" ,}Edit:The "=" inserting seems to be for all "Press" buttons

More, that you may have fixed now:Mins knob dial, Ctr knob dial and TFC knob dial assignments are not saved either when they are macros..Is there a new version in dropbox? It seemed to have the same timestamp.

Hi,I encountered a small problem. I'am getting the following error message: 'Cannot change Visible in OnShow or OnHide'. This message only appears if I enable both 'Minimize to tray' and 'Start minimized'. If one of them is disabled the error does not occur. It's not a big issue, but I thought I would let you know anyway.thanks,Maarten

Hi again,First a little background, then the problem :)I have now successfully (I think) added support for the iFly 737-700. Since every iFly model (there are 600, 700, 800, 900, BBJ, BBJ2 and BBJ3) use different gauges, I have to create new macros for each of these models, and then create different LINDA aircrafts.I have now created macros with the same names for each plane. The difference is in the file name. 737-700 macros are in iFly737-700.MCRO etc.I then added a new aircraft "iFly 737-600" with a search string "iFly 737-600" and LINDA automatically switches to this aircraft when I switch to it inside FSX (synch is on).I then add a key for N1: "M: IFLY737-600: MCP N1" (I have tested it inside FSUIPC, it works). It does not work from LINDA. The log shows "MCP MODE 1: Empty command for :: N1". new stick macros doesnt work either, nothing appears in the log.A bit more testing shows that this isn't about macros. If I record an "A" keypress, then I get the same behaviour as when assigning a macro. If I modify the FSX default, then it works. What am I doing wrong ?

The program doesn't detect input from my Sidewinder joystick at Joysticks tab, every other controllers' outputs are detected. There are no [Keys] or [buttons] in FSUIPC.ini.

What do you mean by "doesn't detect"?Item #1 in the list is your SideWinder.. (only name is set to unknown).

When I push Sidewinder's button, it the button isn't highlighted the the left column, where all of the buttons are listed. Once pressing button on another device, view changes automatically to correct tab, and the button is highlihted.

Aha.. Take these both tools: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15957127/HidScanner.exe and http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15957127/CollectionDemo.exeAnd provide me their output for the SideWinder device.. I'll try to figure it out.
