July 22, 201114 yr I ordered the extended downloads for the MD11, the 747-400X and the -400F. I got the MD11, not problem with that. But I was sent the link for the FS9 version of the 744, and I have requested three times now to get the correct links with absolutely no responses to my tickets. What am I supposed to do to get anyone's attention to complete the order I PAYED for?!!

I simply reactivated what you ordered - there is no 400X Extended Download Service in this order or anywhere within the past two years on your account. You have one from 2009 but it is expired.At 11:44AM you submitted three brand new tickets all with variations of this:I asked for the 747-400X, not the FS9 version. I had also ordered the 400F, but I do not see anywhere on the list to activate that one as well. I payed for the extended download on that one, please open that as well. I replied at 11:52AM: Todd,Please stop creating multiple tickets - this is the third one in a few minutes. You only need the original one, all replies get tacked onto it - makes it very hard for us to keep track of things when every reply is a separate ticket.You do not have a valid EDS purchase for the 400X - you have valid ones for the MD-11X, FS9 400F, FS9 400 pax (all purchased today), and the FS9 737-600/700 (purchased 6/10/2011). The rest of your EDS purchases are expired - the last one for the 400X was 6/9/2009 and expired over a year ago. I cannot find a valid original FS9 400F purchase to reactivate anywhere on your account - do you have the order ID for this please? That was the last I've heard from you until this thread today. I do not think we've been unreasonable here in asking what it is you actually intended to buy - you apparently bought the wrong 400 version's EDS (again, how am I supposed to know which one you intended it to be when you own both versions and had previously bought 400X EDS two years ago?) and you bought EDS for a product not on your account. July 23, 201114 yr Author The 747-400X is Order #103151 - Order Date: 8/17/2008 I assume the 400F is included in that as I do not see a separate purchase for that. I do need to own up to my own mistake. I see that I ordered the FS9 version instead of the FSX. I do not use FS9 at all any longer. Can I please get that reversed and have the FSX order instead?

Forgive me for being confused... I am sorry for the confusion. I made a mistake and re-ordered the FS9 version. The one I want to reorder is Order #103151 - Order Date: 8/17/2008. I think this was packaged together with the F at the time. If I have to re-purchase the F, I, reluctantly, will do that or I may just go without. I didn't fly it as much as I thought I would.

July 23, 201114 yr Author Ok, I got the download, now I just need my order id. It has not been emailed to me yet. I appreciate your help and apologize for my bad comments.Thanks so much. Now, since I did pay for the extended download for the 400F, is it possible to get a re-download on that as well? I know that I did pay for that at about the same time that I bought the 400X. I don't know why that order is not showing in my list.

July 24, 201114 yr Once i am confident i have a good uncorrupted file i copy to two DVDs, one dedicated flash drive "and" my usb hard drive in addition to backing up on my pc storage hdd. Oh yes, along with a text file of all the relevent IDs and purchase info for revalidating. It's very unlikely you will ever have to use a extended download service if you backup, backup, backup.
