August 1, 201114 yr Hello. I'm not sure if this is strictly the right place for this but here we go anyway. I'm looking to buy a whole new set of everything (throttles, yoke, rudder and monitor). The reason I put this in this forum is because I want it to be the best for the PMDG 737NGX specifically. Whilst I don't have a single set budget as such, I can't get the expensive ultra-brilliant stuff such as http://www.737yoke.com/products.php or http://shop.revolution-simproducts.com/category.php?id_category=5 (however much I want to). I found this: http://www.throttletek.com/ for the yoke and throttle quadrant, is that good? As I said I am also looking for a new set of rudder pedals and monitor (I know there is another thread for the monitors). Any ideas? Thanks! Will Wilson. Will Wilson
August 1, 201114 yr I'm looking at the same stuff also. I am caught between the 2 throttles. One for $700 and one for $3,000. That's a big difference. That's why I would have loved to attend the AVSIM conference and hopefully see this equipment live. I hope another Flight Sim Conference is planned soon. Per the previous posts, 1 peopson likes the throttletek and 1 liked the revolution - not much of a sample base though. I contacted throttletek last week and got no response though. Paul Gugliotta

I'm in the market for a new quad too. Which ones are you referring to ($700 and $3000)? Peter Vestergren

August 2, 201114 yr Author How about this: http://www.amazon.co...ASIN=B000H67DDY for the rudder? (I would get it from amazon.co.uk for the cheaper postage but for some reason it is the same number of pounds as it is dollars). I also found this for the throttles http://www.fspilotsh...products_id=474 they are obviously cheaper than the 737 specific ones above but I still prefer the 737 ones. Are either of those any good? What do you think and how do they compare to your stuff? Will Wilson
August 2, 201114 yr Try www.flypfc.com. Two engine jet enhanced throttle looks good for 595.00Levent Yurdatap
August 2, 201114 yr Author Thanks for the suggestion but that says it REQUIRES one of their modules to mount it in (the cheapest of which is an extra $395). Does anyone know if that's strictly true or is it just them trying to sell you something to mount it in but it really has its own connection directly to a computer? Will Wilson
August 2, 201114 yr No you need the module. This allows you to install any of their available throttles. I have used PFC equipment for years. It is the best. Tom
