There is a database connection error so the server must have defaulted to the last time there was a connect error when PMDG did upgrades on 1 August so that message is for 1st August and there is simply a db connect error

In our case, the attack was from Russia. We knew who did it. It was a competitor. We let the FBI office in Chicago handle it as they are in charge of such matters.
