August 5, 201114 yr Hi guys, after the activation issue is gone I get a CTD just after clicking "Start Flight" from the main screen or right after loading the plane from a running cessna flight. win7 just tells me that there is an error. No details on thatIts loading part of the VC before crash when selecting the plane from a running flight with the standart cessna. System, Spec:Latest Win7 64BIt Pro EditionGerman language edition. FSX installed in default path (not able to change that anymore due other addons) Last entry in management console:180.70040 [64] Event: Group=2 EventID66534 Data=-13934Before that lots of events going in and out. Takes measurements:- removed write protection from the cfg files May someone has an idea. I'll create a ticket with the same information. August 5, 201114 yr Search for uiautomationcore.dll and place it in your root FSX directory. Also, the intro document recommends not to use another airplane to load into the Ngx and just load the Ngx directly. Alfredo Terrero

August 5, 201114 yr Disable the DEP (Data Execution Prevention). It's been turned off for a long time. Is anyone else experiencing issues with the support portal? I haven't heard anything 12+ hours after submitting a ticket and I have a feeling this isn't PMDG's fault. I really hope that the DDOS attack is over. Anthony Cacciatore

August 5, 201114 yr Have activated your license ok ? License activation was last night. Seemed to go alright. Was able to trust the DLL prompts that came up when I first launched the NGX as well; after switching to the desktop and putting in the activation code, it crashed after switching back to FSX . When that happened, I restarted and got the CTD right when the 4% mark of the loading hits (Scenery Objects is what it says is being loaded at 4%) as noted above. Anthony Cacciatore
August 5, 201114 yr HiI see that you have this problem when changing from the default Cessna to the NGX. The PMDG Introduction says to load the NGX directly. It goes into great detail on why this is best. Regards Nixon Thomas
