August 16, 201114 yr Author You can even do the above fix in flight, by saving panel state, change the value in the file, then reload the panel state.Be warned though, the autopilot will trip out for the 16 seconds it takes the systems to re-initialise. Phil Brown
August 16, 201114 yr Save yourself a lot of grief and just start the thing Cold and Dark like a real world pilot does before every flight. You can set the NGX to load up the CLDDRK Profile on every flight. This way you will learn how everything works. You can get the Flow Checklists from AVSIM. Based on the Manuals you get from PMDG but more simplied. http://library.avsim.net/sendfile.php?Location=AVSIM&Proto=ftp&DLID=161004 Paul Deemer
August 16, 201114 yr Save yourself a lot of grief and just start the thing Cold and Dark like a real world pilot does before every flight.I don't know, but I have heard other stories :)The first flight of the day in that aircraft might be cold and dark ... the other flights on the plane in that day aren't cold and dark ? I might be wrong though P.L. TranAMD Ryzen 5800x; 32 GB Ram; EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3; Win10 64 Bit
August 16, 201114 yr My 9 year old daughter could load up a sim with the plane running and take off. Learn how things work and how to follow the procedures, thats half the fun. The best way to do that is a Cold Start cause thats how you learn what everthing does and how it works. This isn't a Load the Plane on the Runway and Takeoff Sim. Paul Deemer
August 16, 201114 yr I won't tell people how to enjoy the 737 or that even a 9year old one can fly a 737 .. its like saying that if you dont start C&D you are no better than a 9year old oOwas just questioning if every flight is cold and dark like you said ... edit:I was not sure about it, thats why is asked P.L.
